How much does WeedUs cost?+
Vendors use WeedUs free. For retailers, Starter is $199/month for a single location, Pro is $399/month for up to three locations, and Enterprise is custom-priced for four or more. POS sync setup is a separate one-time service: $3,000 per location, with a 2 to 3 week implementation.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Retailers get a 7-day free trial and can run the real product with their real data, no credit card required. Vendors are free to use WeedUs, so there is nothing to trial on the vendor side.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Absolutely. Cancel directly from your billing portal; access continues through the end of your paid period, and future charges simply stop.
Do I need a POSaBIT account?+
For the Phase 1 rollout, yes - our launch integration is POSaBIT. Additional POS integrations are on the roadmap.
Which states do you support today?+
WeedUs is live for Washington retailers first. Additional states (Oregon, Colorado, and others) are sequenced behind compliance review.
Is there a contract?+
No multi-year lock-in. Monthly or annual - both cancel any time. Annual prepay gets you two months free.
How does WeedUs keep my data secure?+
All traffic is TLS-encrypted, data is encrypted at rest, and role-based access controls keep staff out of data they don't need. We never sell data, and we never share it with advertising networks.
What if I need help onboarding?+
Every retailer gets a guided onboarding wizard: business details → license verification → POSaBIT connection → team setup. Enterprise plans add a dedicated onboarding specialist.
